In May 2006 Lee Clair, a Norbridge Partner, spoke at the American Coal Council’s spring conference on the potential to increase productivity at the mine-rail interface. The presentation focused on the results Norbridge’s clients have achieved at their mines in West Virginia and Wyoming. The conclusion is that significant productivity gains are achievable when the processes are redesigned across the various supply chain participants.
