Norbridge assisted a global investment group in its successful acquisition of an off-shore company's North American marine terminal assets. Norbridge's responsibilities included preparing market and competitive analyses of the 23 port operations which included container, cruise and auto facilities. Norbridge also prepared alternative demand forecasts and worked with the investment group to develop a financial model for the various port operations and then used the model to project future financial and capital investment performance. Finally, Norbridge addressed capacity and operating issues for the major container, cruise, and auto terminal operations and supported the investor group's procurement of debt financing.
