  • Summarizing findings and helping to develop recommendations
  • Writing client presentations and presenting findings to clients
  • Assisting with client education or training seminars

Travel
Associates are expected to travel to client sites as necessitated by projects. A typical new-hire Associate profile might be for little or no travel during a short orientation period, and then travel 1-2 days per week on average thereafter, with sporadic 4 or 5-day travel weeks.

Compensation
We compensate Associates similarly to positions offered to undergraduates with work experience at much larger consulting firms (positions at various firms have different titles). We are unusual as a company in that annual bonuses are a significant portion of compensation at all levels, including Associate. We provide a full range of benefits, including health and life insurance, as well as a 401K program with annual fund matching according to company profitability.
