Mr. Henneberger, a Norbridge Principal, is a specialist in international ocean transportation, air freight transportation, and logistics. He has a particular expertise in analyzing the needs of shippers in terms of alternative transportation modes, service levels relative to cost and performance criteria, and international transportation procedures and regulations. He has also conducted strategic planning and competitive analyses for a number of leading North American ports and ocean carriers.

Transportation Practice. Directed a wide range of assignments for providers of international transportation freight services, including business strategy and market entry studies, customer relationship management studies, operations improvement studies, industry trend and competitor analyses, and organizational realignment initiatives. For an equipment leasing company, he conducted an assessment of the potential for new value added services.

Mr. Henneberger has nearly 20 years of international transportation consulting experience gained as a partner in the Mercer Management Consulting Transportation and Supply Chain practices, and his work as an operations manager for Kuehne and Nagel International, a leading provider of global third-party logistics services. In addition, he has worked in the Far East for a U.S.-based trading company, with responsibility for its sourcing, manufacturing, and export operations.

Mr. Henneberger received a B.A. in East Asian studies from the University of Vermont and an M.A. from the University of British Columbia.
