Steven Fox is a Principal in Norbridge’s Chicago office with more than 10 years of consulting experience. He specializes in new product/service development and pricing across multiple segments of the transportation industry, particularly focused on truck carriers and financing participants. He also has expertise in assessing opportunities for new technologies in the transportation and logistics industry.

- For an equipment leasing company, conducted an analysis of the market opportunity for new equipment tracking technology. Assessed market size, customer interest level, and product features/functionality necessary for successful market penetration
- For a package delivery company, assessed opportunities to improve pricing through changes to pricing structures, increased competitor knowledge, and analysis of current company business
- For a trucking company, assessed competitor and client pricing structures and rates to identify opportunities to improve yield. Analysis identified both structural changes and customer pricing anomalies that led directly to a 3% improvement in operating margin
- For a non equipment-based third party logistics client, developed equipment sourcing strategy to ensure equipment availability and competitive pricing
- For a transportation technology company, developed pro-forma operating and financial analysis of a potential business combination
- For a class 1 railroad, assessed the market potential of several new intermodal product offerings, including new marketing channels

Prior to joining Norbridge, Mr. Fox worked as a Manager for ecommerce consulting firm iXL Enterprises, and as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Fox received his BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
